A festive and colorful cheese wreath adorned with fresh fruits, perfect for Christmas gatherings. This no-bake appetizer combines cream cheese with a variety of holiday fruits for a stunning centerpiece.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (120g) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (150g) fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup (150g) green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup (150g) red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup (75g) pistachios, chopped
  • Rosemary sprigs for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Prepare a serving platter and arrange plastic wrap to form a wreath shape (or use a round template).
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the plastic wrap, forming a ring shape with an indentation in the center.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  5. Once firm, remove from the plastic wrap and transfer to the serving platter.
  6. Decorate the wreath by pressing cranberries, grapes, and chickpeas into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Sprinkle chopped pistachios around the edges and add rosemary sprigs for a festive touch.
  8. Serve chilled.
