- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (150g) fresh cranberries
- 1 cup (150g) green grapes, halved
- 1 cup (150g) red grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup (75g) pistachios, chopped
- Rosemary sprigs for decoration
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Prepare a serving platter and arrange plastic wrap to form a wreath shape (or use a round template).
- Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the plastic wrap, forming a ring shape with an indentation in the center.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Once firm, remove from the plastic wrap and transfer to the serving platter.
- Decorate the wreath by pressing cranberries, grapes, and chickpeas into the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios around the edges and add rosemary sprigs for a festive touch.
- Serve chilled.
