Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 pound corned beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Thousand Island dressing on each triangle.
  4. Top with a slice of Swiss cheese, corned beef, and sauerkraut.
