Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped dill, chopped chives, lemon zest, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and well incorporated. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Spread about 1/2 teaspoon of the herb cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber round.
