- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Press a wonton wrapper into each cup of the mini muffin tin, forming a small cup.
- Spoon the spinach mixture into each wonton cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the wonton edges are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin and serving.
Notes
These bites can be made ahead and reheated in the oven for crispiness. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
