Christmas Spinach and Artichoke Bites

Description

Festive appetizers with spinach, artichokes, and cheese, baked into bite-sized treats perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Press a wonton wrapper into each cup of the mini muffin tin, forming a small cup.
  4. Spoon the spinach mixture into each wonton cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the wonton edges are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin and serving.

Notes

These bites can be made ahead and reheated in the oven for crispiness. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
