Description

A festive white wine sangria featuring fresh raspberries, perfect for holiday gatherings with its crisp and fruity flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 (750 ml) bottle white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 cup raspberry liqueur or simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, raspberries, raspberry liqueur, and lime juice.
  2. Stir gently and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Just before serving, add the club soda and stir.
  4. Fill glasses with ice, pour the sangria, and garnish with additional raspberries and mint leaves.

Notes

This sangria can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Adjust sweetness with more simple syrup if needed.
