  • Crust:
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Filling:
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Cinnamon Swirl:
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Honeybun Topping:
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar for the crust. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, sour cream, and flour.
  4. Pour half the batter over the crust.
  5. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for swirl. Swirl into the batter.
  6. Pour remaining batter and swirl again.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until center is set.
  8. Cool and chill for at least 4 hours.
  9. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for topping; drizzle over cooled cheesecake.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight. Serve slices with extra cinnamon if desired.
