- Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- Filling:
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Cinnamon Swirl:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Honeybun Topping:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar for the crust. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, sour cream, and flour.
- Pour half the batter over the crust.
- Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for swirl. Swirl into the batter.
- Pour remaining batter and swirl again.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until center is set.
- Cool and chill for at least 4 hours.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for topping; drizzle over cooled cheesecake.
Notes
For best results, chill overnight. Serve slices with extra cinnamon if desired.
