For the Crust:
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, red onion, sunflower seeds, raisins, and bacon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
