For the Crust:

  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Arrange the chopped romaine lettuce on a large serving platter.
  2. Layer the diced chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped eggs, diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, and red onion in rows over the lettuce.
  3. Drizzle with ranch dressing just before serving and toss lightly if desired.
