Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz pasta, cooked

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until browned and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside; in the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing to a simmer.
  5. Add spinach and Parmesan cheese, stirring until spinach wilts.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for a few minutes.
  7. Serve over cooked pasta.
