- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz pasta, cooked
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside; in the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing to a simmer.
- Add spinach and Parmesan cheese, stirring until spinach wilts.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve over cooked pasta.
