A warm and gooey grilled sandwich featuring cranberry sauce, brie, and mozzarella cheese on toasted bread.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 4 ounces brie cheese, sliced
- 2 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Spread cranberry sauce on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer brie and mozzarella cheese on one bread slice.
- Top with the other bread slice, sauce side down.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
