Description

These Cranberry Feta Pinwheels are a festive and easy appetizer, combining tangy feta, sweet cranberries, and creamy cheese rolled in soft tortillas for a perfect holiday treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 45 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in the feta cheese, dried cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly onto each tortilla, covering to the edges.
  4. Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  6. Unwrap and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

These pinwheels can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before slicing. For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese.
