Description

These Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls are a festive appetizer made with ground turkey, fresh cranberries, and savory herbs, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped cranberries, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, sage, thyme, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the balls and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  4. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for an additional 10 minutes to ensure they are fully cooked.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For a healthier option, use whole wheat bread crumbs. These can be made ahead and reheated.
