Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped cranberries, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, sage, thyme, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the balls and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for an additional 10 minutes to ensure they are fully cooked.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For a healthier option, use whole wheat bread crumbs. These can be made ahead and reheated.
