Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix, cranberries, onion, garlic, sage, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the ground turkey, egg, and chicken broth to the bowl; mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
