- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 cups stuffing mix
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 egg, beaten

- 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix, cranberries, onion, garlic, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Add the ground turkey, egg, and chicken broth to the bowl; mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute ground turkey with mushrooms or lentils. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
