This easy dip combines creamy whipped feta with tart cranberries and a sweet-hot honey drizzle for a festive appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the feta cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the honey and red pepper flakes over low heat for 2-3 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  3. Spread the whipped feta mixture onto a serving plate.
  4. Top with cranberries and drizzle the hot honey mixture over the top.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately with crackers or vegetables.

Notes

For a spicier version, increase the red pepper flakes. This dip can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 2 days.
