For the Crust:

  • 1 pack buldak ramen (spicy chicken flavor)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Boil water in a pot and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, reserving the seasoning packet.
  2. Drain the noodles and return them to the pot. Add the seasoning packet and heavy cream, stirring until well combined.
  3. In a separate pan, fry the egg sunny-side-up or to your preferred doneness.
  4. Transfer the creamy ramen to a bowl, top with the fried egg, and garnish with green onion, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
  5. Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
