For the Crust:
- 1 pack buldak ramen (spicy chicken flavor)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 egg
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Boil water in a pot and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, reserving the seasoning packet.
- Drain the noodles and return them to the pot. Add the seasoning packet and heavy cream, stirring until well combined.
- In a separate pan, fry the egg sunny-side-up or to your preferred doneness.
- Transfer the creamy ramen to a bowl, top with the fried egg, and garnish with green onion, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately while hot.
