- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey, optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the pumpkin puree, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and maple syrup to a blender.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen banana instead of fresh. Add a dash of pumpkin pie spice for extra flavor. This recipe makes 2 servings.
