Description

A creamy and spiced smoothie that tastes just like pumpkin pie in a glass, perfect for fall mornings or a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey, optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the pumpkin puree, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and maple syrup to a blender.
  2. Add the ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use frozen banana instead of fresh. Add a dash of pumpkin pie spice for extra flavor. This recipe makes 2 servings.
