Description

This creamy pasta dish combines tender steak, sweet corn, and Parmesan cheese for a rich and flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces pasta shells
  • 2 cups sweet corn kernels
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add corn and sauté for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Add cooked pasta and steak back to the skillet. Toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs like parsley or thyme.
