This creamy pasta dish combines tender steak, sweet corn, and Parmesan cheese for a rich and flavorful meal.

- 1 pound steak, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces pasta shells
- 2 cups sweet corn kernels
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add corn and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add cooked pasta and steak back to the skillet. Toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add herbs like parsley or thyme.
