- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and basil; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet and cook until sauce thickens and chicken is fully cooked, about 10 minutes.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream with coconut milk.
