Description

A creamy and flavorful chicken dish featuring sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; sauté for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and basil; simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and cook until sauce thickens and chicken is fully cooked, about 10 minutes.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream with coconut milk.
