A tangy and creamy whipped feta dip topped with sweet roasted strawberries, perfect for pairing with crackers or bread.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Toss strawberries with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes until softened.
  2. In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl. Top with roasted strawberries and garnish with fresh thyme. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
