Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package pre-made flatbread dough
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. Roll out the flatbread dough on a floured surface until thin.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange brie slices, cranberries, and toasted walnuts evenly on the dough.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden.
  6. Drizzle with hot honey immediately after removing from the oven.
  7. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

For a spicier version, add more hot honey or include chili flakes.
