Description

A delicious appetizer featuring crispy flatbread topped with creamy brie, tart cranberries, crunchy toasted walnuts, and a spicy hot honey drizzle.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread
  • 200g brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the brie slices, cranberries, and toasted walnuts evenly on the flatbread.
  4. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the brie is melted and the flatbread is crispy.
  5. Drizzle with hot honey before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, add more hot honey or include chili flakes.
