Crispy Flatbread with Brie, Cranberries Toasted Walnuts with a Hot Honey Drizzle

Ingredients

  • 1 package of pre-made flatbread or naan
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • Fresh thyme for garnish
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F.
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes until crispy.
  3. Remove from oven and top with sliced brie, cranberries, and toasted walnuts.
  4. Drizzle with hot honey.
  5. Return to oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve immediately.
