  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Description

A festive, indulgent cocktail combining Baileys Irish Cream with vanilla ice cream for a creamy, snowman-themed drink perfect for winter gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 oz vodka (optional for extra kick)
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (softened slightly)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup (for drizzling and drawing snowman face)
  • Whipped cream (for snowman 'head')
  • Mini chocolate chips or sprinkles (for snowman eyes and buttons)
  • 1 small pretzel stick (for snowman arms)
  • Crushed graham crackers (for base 'snow')

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine Baileys Irish Cream, vodka (if using), and softened vanilla ice cream.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of a clear glass or onto a plate for serving.
  4. Pour the Baileys ice cream mixture into the glass or onto the plate.
  5. Scoop whipped cream on top to form the snowman's head.
  6. Use chocolate syrup to draw a snowman face (eyes, mouth, etc.) on the whipped cream.
  7. Add mini chocolate chips or sprinkles for eyes and buttons.
  8. Insert pretzel sticks on the sides for arms.
  9. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers around the base for 'snow'.
  10. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, omit the vodka. Adjust sweetness by adding more ice cream if desired. Freeze the glass before serving for extra chill.
