Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (3-5 minutes).

- Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
