Description

A highly addictive pie that’s impossible to resist, featuring rich flavors and a perfect crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it simmers.
  3. Add the chocolate chips to the hot cream and stir until melted and smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
  6. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool completely before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
