Delicious bite-sized apple pie treats made easily in the air fryer.

For the Crust:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each.
  4. Place a spoonful of apple mixture in the center of each biscuit, then fold and seal edges.
  5. Brush each bomb with melted butter and place in air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Mix powdered sugar and milk to make glaze, then drizzle over warm bombs.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
