Quick and delicious chicken fajitas made in the air fryer with tender chicken, bell peppers, and onions, seasoned to perfection.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Fresh cilantro, lime wedges, and sour cream for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine chicken strips, bell peppers, and onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fajita seasoning, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if necessary).
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve the fajita mixture on warm tortillas with fresh cilantro, lime wedges, and sour cream.
