For the Crust:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
