For the Crust:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
