For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and coat evenly with the honey Dijon mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
