For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and coat evenly with the honey Dijon mixture.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
