A quick and healthy stir fry featuring crisp bok choy and savory mushrooms in a light garlic sauce.

For the Crust:
- 2 heads bok choy, chopped
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add bok choy and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes until leaves wilt.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to combine.
- Add cornstarch slurry and cook for 1 minute until sauce thickens slightly.
