  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add carrots, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and water. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until carrots are tender and glazed.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
