For the Crust:

  • 2 large apples (any variety)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup crushed peanuts or pecans
  • 12 wooden popsicle sticks

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Wash and dry the apples, then cut them into 1-inch cubes, removing the cores.
  2. Insert a popsicle stick into each apple cube.
  3. Dip each apple cube into the caramel sauce, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  4. Roll the caramel-coated apple bites in crushed nuts to cover evenly.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
