For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- Apple slices, for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Beat until well combined and fluffy.
- Fold in half of the caramel sauce gently to create swirls.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with remaining caramel sauce. Sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving with apple slices.
