A creamy, no-bake cheesecake dip swirled with caramel and perfect for dipping apple slices.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • Apple slices, for serving

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Beat until well combined and fluffy.
  3. Fold in half of the caramel sauce gently to create swirls.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with remaining caramel sauce. Sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving with apple slices.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
