Caramel Apple Pie Bombs

Description

Delicious bite-sized apple pie treats filled with caramel and cinnamon-spiced apples.

For the Crust:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. Mix diced apples with cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece and place a spoonful of apple mixture and a drizzle of caramel in the center.
  4. Pinch edges together to seal and form balls. Place each ball in the muffin tin.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
