Delicious bite-sized apple pie treats filled with caramel and cinnamon-spiced apples.

For the Crust:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- Mix diced apples with cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece and place a spoonful of apple mixture and a drizzle of caramel in the center.
- Pinch edges together to seal and form balls. Place each ball in the muffin tin.
- Brush tops with melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with additional caramel sauce before serving.
