For the Crust:

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  4. Stir in the cooked penne pasta and mix well to combine with the beef and garlic butter.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the pasta. Cover the skillet and let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
