For the Crust:
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Stir in the cooked penne pasta and mix well to combine with the beef and garlic butter.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the pasta. Cover the skillet and let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
