Ingredients

  • 34boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ozwide egg noodles
  • 1can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cuplow-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cupsour cream
  • 2 cupsshredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella)
  • 2 cupsfrozen mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles in boiling water until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown (6-7 minutes per side). Let cool before shredding.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, frozen vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
