Cinnamon-Sugar Air Fryer Banana Chips

Crispy, sweet, and lightly spiced banana chips made easily in the air fryer.

For the Crust:

  • 2 large bananas (slightly underripe)
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 300Β°F (150Β°C).
  2. Slice bananas into 1/8-inch thick rounds. Toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  3. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Brush banana slices lightly with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. Let cool completely to crisp up further.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
