Crispy, sweet, and lightly spiced banana chips made easily in the air fryer.

For the Crust:
- 2 large bananas (slightly underripe)
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat air fryer to 300Β°F (150Β°C).
- Slice bananas into 1/8-inch thick rounds. Toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Brush banana slices lightly with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. Let cool completely to crisp up further.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
