For the Crust:

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Combine water, apples, cinnamon stick, and ginger in a pot. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes to infuse flavors.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in honey and lemon juice. Strain and serve warm.
