For the Crust:
- 4 cups water
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 inch fresh ginger, sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Combine water, apples, cinnamon stick, and ginger in a pot. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes to infuse flavors.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey and lemon juice. Strain and serve warm.
