Irresistible Cranberry Brie Bites

Delicious bite-sized appetizers with creamy brie and sweet cranberry sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares. Place a cube of brie in the center of each square.
  3. Top each brie cube with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of thyme. Fold the pastry corners over the filling and pinch to seal.
  4. Brush each bite with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
