For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares. Place a cube of brie in the center of each square.
- Top each brie cube with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of thyme. Fold the pastry corners over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush each bite with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
