Description

Sweet and tangy meatballs glazed with cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can (14 ounces) jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 bottle (12 ounces) chili sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. In a large skillet, combine cranberry sauce and chili sauce. Heat over medium heat until melted and combined.
  4. Add the meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.

Notes

Serve warm as an appetizer. Can be made ahead and reheated.
