- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can (14 ounces) jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 bottle (12 ounces) chili sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- In a large skillet, combine cranberry sauce and chili sauce. Heat over medium heat until melted and combined.
- Add the meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
Notes
Serve warm as an appetizer. Can be made ahead and reheated.
