Crockpot Chicken and Gravy

For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet (0.87 oz) dry chicken gravy mix
  • 1 packet (0.87 oz) dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together gravy mix, onion soup mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
  5. Shred or slice the chicken and serve with the gravy over mashed potatoes or rice.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
