An easy and delicious casserole with meatballs, pasta, and cheese that requires minimal prep.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb frozen meatballs
- 12 oz uncooked penne pasta
- 24 oz jar marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups water
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, combine uncooked pasta, marinara sauce, water, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir well.
- Add frozen meatballs and stir gently to combine.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
