  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Red and green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, mix powdered sugar, butter, evaporated milk, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Divide the mixture into portions and add food coloring if desired. Knead until color is even.
  3. Roll into small balls or festive shapes. Let set at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
