Juicy garlic butter chicken bites served with a creamy parmesan pasta for a comforting and flavorful meal.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz pasta (such as fettuccine or penne)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-6 minutes). Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
