Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Pasta

Juicy chicken bites cooked in garlic butter sauce served over creamy pasta.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz pasta of choice
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
