For the Crust:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz pasta of choice
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
