For the Crust:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz pasta (such as fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through (about 5-6 minutes). Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  5. Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream, and stir in parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens (about 3-4 minutes).
  6. Add cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
