Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes

For the Crust:

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  2. While potatoes roast, season steak bites with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add steak bites to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  5. Toss roasted potatoes with the steak bites and garlic butter in the skillet. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
