For the Crust:
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle and cut into strips. Tie each strip into a knot and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the warm garlic knots with the butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
