Fluffy, savory muffins with a golden crust, infused with garlic and fresh rosemary, perfect as a side or snack.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Coarse sea salt for topping

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warm water and 2 tbsp olive oil; mix until a dough forms.
  2. Knead dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes. Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Punch down dough and divide into 12 muffin cups. Brush with remaining olive oil, sprinkle garlic, rosemary, and sea salt.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
