For the Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Coarse sea salt for topping
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warm water and 2 tbsp olive oil; mix until a dough forms.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes. Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Punch down dough and divide into 12 muffin cups. Brush with remaining olive oil, sprinkle garlic, rosemary, and sea salt.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
