For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375Β°F).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush half of the mixture onto the chicken breasts.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, basting with remaining glaze, until internal temperature reaches 165Β°F.
- Meanwhile, steam green beans for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp. Toss with butter and season with salt to taste.
- Serve grilled chicken with green beans on the side.
