Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken with Green Beans

Juicy grilled chicken coated in a sweet and tangy honey mustard glaze, served with tender green beans.

For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375Β°F).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush half of the mixture onto the chicken breasts.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, basting with remaining glaze, until internal temperature reaches 165Β°F.
  4. Meanwhile, steam green beans for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp. Toss with butter and season with salt to taste.
  5. Serve grilled chicken with green beans on the side.
